Tools to attain emotional maturity

There are twelve strategies that can help us to attain emotional maturity without making of it a difficult process, or an unreachable goal:
• Positive self-esteem
• Identify our own emotions
• Accept them
• Channel them
• Express them in a constructive way
• Sense of humor
• Encourage positive emotions
• Balance between work and rest
• Control your imagination
• Do something for the others
• Reconcile with yourself and with the others
• Live in peace with God.
