First of all, you have to get to know yourself; your feelings, attitudes, reactions, qualities and defects. Knowing ourselves gives us many tools to live and act with responsibility.
Accept yourself the way you are; with defects and qualities. We must be humble and accept the way we are.
Always try to be a better person, it is not enough to know or accept ourselves, we must be better every day. We can increase our qualities and turn our defects into something good.
Try to live the friendship with God; be close to Him, He will help you, not only with the virtue of chastity but in many other aspects of your life.
Make an effort to live other virtues, do not forget to live a virtue that leads you to another, it is a chain.
