The explanation of ALMAS, A.C. logo are three little trees that are planted together in the same blue soil.
We chose this symbol for various reasons:
 |
THEY ARE TREES: Because these kind of plants reach a greater maturity, this means they have a much better development and they stay with us longer. We think that all Catholics, and all human beings in general, are meant to grow and develop just like trees do, it means that we need to have a wide and noticeable development towards the world, to give shade to everybody that is next to that tree. At the same time, everything that can be seen from a tree depends from that part we cannot see, the root, just as the development of an individual depends on his/her spiritual development. Affective and sexual maturity also depend on how much we let God loves us and how much we love Him. Therefore in our Association we help with human and spiritual tools. |
 |
THEY ARE THREE: Because each of them represent the three states of life we found within the Church. |
- Priests
- Members of religious orders and
- Lay people
We are aimed to the Church in general, this means, to every baptized individual, regardless his/her state of life, age or sex.
 |
THE THREE TREES ARE IN THE SAME SOIL: Because all baptized individuals receive spiritual nourishment from the same mother: The Church. We also wanted to show that just like nature have made trees grow together and close to one another so that they can help each other to have the best development, we also only within the Church and together, can reach our human and spiritual maturity. |
 |
IT IS BLUE: Because blue is a color that represents spiritual and deep concepts. We consider that everything we do in ALMAS, A.C. has a deep and spiritual sense, because, above all we are looking for the truth about human sexuality and affectivity.
